Huhuhuhu, it happen again. Again, I can’t access the internet even though I am connected to the internet. Early this morning I called TM careline at 100 asking them to reset the port. So I expect the problem is solved and no more hiccup. But then again, it happen again just now. The same problem.
I called them again. Asking to reset the port. A young lady asking the same question, either I have done troubleshooting and so on and so forth.
So I assume something wrong the port. I asked her to open a report to change my account to a new port.
Some people said that idiots are working at TM careline, either right or not.. I am not that sure. But the young lady operator who answer my complaint just now is not so clever. I told her that I have this problem since about two week, but she said I have this problem every two week. Big LOL!
I will see how it will happen next. If the connection is stable for a week, then it is ok lah. Otherwise, I will terminate my Streamyx account. It is better for me to have a few modem from other mobile broadband providers such as Digi, Celcom (will consider to use them again after terminated Celcom in last year), Maxis Broadband… or maybe Jaring.
